Dr. Courtney Fraser, LPC, PhD

Founder, Courtney Fraser Psychotherapy

Courtney Fraser is a psychotherapist and sex therapist with over 15 years of experience treating adults, couples, children, and families in a variety of clinical settings. She currently treats individuals and those in relationships for a broad range of concerns, including anxiety issues, trauma, neurodivergence, and sexual challenges. Courtney recently completed a PhD in Clinical Sexology from Modern Sex Therapy Institutes. Her doctoral project was a comprehensive curriculum for pelvic floor physical therapists focused on integrating sex-positive mental health diagnosis and treatment for cisgender men. Courtney also serves as a psychosocial faculty member with George Washington University’s School of Medicine, where she works with medical students and instructors in a coaching capacity to improve their psychosocial skills in patient care. Courtney lives and practices in Washington, DC.
