Erica Leroye M.Ed is a Certified Sexological Bodyworker, Certified Family Life Educator, Sensory-Motor Movement Educator, and Intimacy Choreographer specializing in men’s sexual health with a focus on demystifying the international erectile epidemic. With over 30 years of experience as a body-based practitioner, she blends clinical insight, movement education, and playful warmth to help men and their care teams navigate arousal, performance, and connection—especially when standard interventions fall short. Her primary focus is masturbation coaching, a powerful and often overlooked modality for building sexual skill, confidence, and regulation. As a Certified Sexological Bodyworker, Erica is trained in the only state-approved vocational program that works directly with clients in arousal states—making space for guided, body-based learning that traditional talk therapy and clinical care often can’t access. She is the creator of Creative Body Release, a pleasure-informed framework that combines neuroscience, arousal skill-building, and somatic tools to support men in reclaiming confidence, function, and joy in their sexual lives. Erica also hosts It Doesn’t Have to Be Hard (formerly Soft Cock Appreciation Week), a growing resource for men, their partners, and providers seeking complementary approaches to sexual function and identity. She’s known for turning “Oh fuuuucks” into “fuck yeahs,” and for helping providers engage with the pleasure side of the arousal system—without fear. Erica offers in-person and virtual sessions, packages and retreats for clients and consults and mentoring for providers.
