The Main Objective of The 2025 Men’s Pelvic Health Summit is to Equip Healthcare Providers With Inclusive, Evidence-Informed Strategies For Assessing and Treating Pelvic and Sexual Health Concerns in Men.

The Lowdown on Low T: Diagnosing and Treating Hypogonadism

Objectives:

1. Identifying the signs and symptoms of low testosterone for diagnosis, and who is at increased risk for it.

2. Understanding the risks and benefits of taking testosterone replacement therapy including a highlight of the recent TRAVERSE trial

3. Understanding the options men have to take TRT

Objectives:

1. Recognize that the context of gender identity and configuration of genital anatomy are important and operate on a spectrum. (Intersection of cultural safety as a practitioner, social constructs of gender and function of anatomical structures)

2. Trans men are men and Transfemme folks may have penises and/or prostates: we can be advocates for screening, we must understand how hormones interact to change anatomy/physiology and validate what folks call their own anatomy and how they use it.

2. Obtain practical, evidence-informed strategies to support pelvic health through nutrition and lifestyle—focusing on safety, nervous system regulation, and performance

2. Demonstrate confidence in applying at least one evidence-informed treatment approach(e.g., manual therapy, neuromuscular retraining, or behavioral strategies) to address ejaculatory pain in a clinical setting.
